Buyer Representation

Since 1992, New York State Law has required consumers to be provided with a written Disclosure Notice of Agency Relationships. (Dept of State from 1736 rev.1/08)
Unfortunately, by visiting Open Houses, calling on signs and ads to buy a house, many consumers give up their right to their own representation. Some Real Estate professionals work for those purchasing the home as BUYER’S AGENTS by providing full fiduciary responsibilities of confidentiality, loyalty, disclosure and more.
Buyer’s Agents negotiate on behalf of their Clients, the Buyer; provide advice, not just information and represent the best interest of the Buyer, not the Seller.I can represent you as a Buyer's Representative for any homes which I am not the Listing Agent,
A Buyer Representative can negotiate for you and is still paid by the Seller.
